Hello everyone! For the WMS Newspaper we are going to be doing a Poetry Contest. In English (@WMS) we have been learning about poetry so this is tieing in with that. We will have some people look over them, judge them, and the winner will be announced on Friday, February 25th. The winner will recieve a certificate and a Barnes and Noble $10 gift card.
How to Submit:
Option 1 (If you are a 2017Blogger (WMS Purple Student))Make a new post titled Poetry Contest Entry: Name of Your Poem. Then type up your poem!
Option 2 (If you are not a 2017Blogger but still want to enter) Comment on this post with the top being Poetry Contest Entry: Name of Your Poem, then enter and write your poem underneath that.
Rules:
1. Title it “Poetry Contest Entry: Name of Your Poem”
2. No certain length
3. Turned in by Thursday, February 24th.
4. Appropriate topics
